Seven Colors (hereinafter “We”) prioritizes customers’ trust, and thus considers proper, accurate handle of customers’ personal information as our crucial task. We have our own “Personal Information Protection Policy” when handling customers’ personal information. We, together with all our associates and business partners, endeavor to follow the below policy thoroughly at all times. Besides, We also handle with existing personal information from our customers under the same policy.

Handling personal information

(1) Attaining personal information.
We collect personal information appropriately and in a fair manner. We provide customers with the purpose and scope of information use in advance. In addition, we only collect personal information that is necessary to achieve the business purpose concerned.

(2) Usage and disclosure of personal information.
We only make use of collected personal information for the purpose we declared and within the scope with customers’ consent. Information collection purpose refers to the necessity to achieve the below upright business intents.

We shall not provide any personal information of our customers to any third parties without customers’ consent except when stipulated by laws about personal information usages or special cases such as for Our legal obligation.

(4) Procedures of disclosure and fixation of personal information.
Customers shall contact our appointed contact person for any enquires, fixation, and deletion of the information provided. Our appointed party shall provide, fix, or delete the information as requested within a rational period once the request is confirmed as from the information provider except for avoidance of major business issues.

(5) Administration fees for disclosure of personal information and other procedures
When administration fee is required for disclosing personal information to requester (as approved by the information provider), it shall be stated clearly and the related expense shall be handled by the requester accordingly.

Compliance of regulations and laws about protection of personal information

We are obliged to follow regulations and laws applicable to the protection of the personal information we have. We shall review our policy according to the laws in Japan and other related aspects. This policy is the basic principles we follow regarding the handles of personal information, we endeavor to protect customers’ personal information under this policy in accordance to regulations and laws about protection of personal information.

Safety measures for personal information.

We act appropriately, safely, and in a secure manner according to our management system for the correct and safe usage of personal information, along with avoidance of any unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, and leakage of information. We have limitations in the physical accessibility to the storage information, as well as thorough and trainings to all board members, associates and persons in charge of personal information so as to strive for proper information management.
